Norway Dolan
Project Launch Manager
Norway Dolan holds a BA in Human Development and Human Services & Women’s and Gender Studies, with a minor in education from Merrimack College. She earned her Masters in Education in Community Engagement K-12. While in graduate school, Norway completed a fellowship at YouthBuild North Shore Community Development Coalition where she facilitated civic engagement and leadership development classes for program participants.
Norway previously worked as a Therapeutic Mentor in community settings, working one-on-one with children with social-emotional and behavioral challenges. Within this position, Norway was also as part of an In-Home Therapy team, working with the entire family in the home to improve family dynamics, incorporate positive activities into a weekly routine, and address strengths and areas of growth to meet collective family goals.
Norway was excited to take the experiences from these prior roles when joining the RAW team as the Project Launch Coordinator. Norway loves building positive relationships with youth, helping them reach their full potential, and supporting them during the busyness that is senior year as they plan for their best path for after high school. In her recent shift to Project Launch Manager, Norway supports the seniors and their volunteer mentors and provides guidance for their weekly meetings together. When not at RAW, Norway enjoys playing soccer, enjoying the sunshine, traveling, and finding good books and tv shows.
Norway joined the team at RAW in 2022.
